All this model are similar but have some little difference. But hard reset are same in all versions. Hope you copy your data from device because it will deleted all your personal information(photo, contacts, video etc..) Best way to use Sync Google or Samsung service.
So lets do hard reset Samsung Galaxy J3 by use Menu
- unlock your phone
- go to Menu
- Find Settings
- BackUp and RESET
- Factory Data RESET
- Reset Device
- Delete ALL
This steps will return to your phone new life. It will work like new one.
2nd Way to do Hard reset
If for some reason you can’t do factory reset by using MENU – you can use this method.
your battery need to be >30%
if your device not respond press Power button for 10 seconds
- Press Vol Up + Power + Home Buttons together
- You will see blue screen menu. Use Vol UP/Down button to choose and Power button to select
- Select wipe data/factory reset
- Select Yes Delete all user data
- Wait until you see this – Data Wipe Complete
- Select Rebot System Now
