1st way how to factory reset blu phone

1. Menu > Settings
2. Backup & reset.
3. Factory Data Reset.
4. Reset Phone.
5. Select Erase Everything
6. On the next screen, you may be asked for a pin or password if you have one before.

2nd way to do a factory reset:

• Turn off your phone
• Hold down Volume Up + Volume Down + Power (on some models maybe Volume Up+Power)
• Find on the recovery menu Wipe data / Factory reset” by using the Volume buttons and pressing the Power key for confirmation.
• In this step, you will need to confirm by choosing YES (use the VOl buttons co select and Power to confirm)
