The resetting process of Fitbit Versa, Fitbit Versa, 2, Fitbit Versa 3, and Fitbit Versa Lite is similar.
Before doing a factory reset, you can try to solve your problems with a reboot or hard reset. You can do it if your device not responding and you can’t access the menu.
Hard reset for Fitbit Versa series
- If you have 3 buttons on your model you need to hold 3 buttons together for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears. Let go of the bottom right button but keep pressing the other two when you see the logo. If a vibration starts release the keys.
- If your device has 1 button: press it until you see the Fitbit logo if it happens release it for 2second and then press again till the vibration process.
