How To Hard Reset BlackBerry DTEK 50 / DTEK 60

We have 2 ways to do hard reset your BlackBerry Dtek device. But first, you should know that this process will erase all your info. So make a copy of your photo, video, contacts, and other important info. You can make a backup to your sd card. Don’t forget to get out your sd-card and Sim card if there is any info.

Hard Reset BLACKBERRY DTEK 50/60 by Menu: 

• Make sure the battery is >50%
• Turn on your smartphone
• Don’t forget to backup all important data
• Go to Menu > Setting > System> Advanced > Backup & reset > Reset Options >
• Choose to Erase everything to continue and Confirm
• May ask pin or password if set

Hard Reset BlackBerry DTEK50/60 by button:

1. Turn off your smartphone
2. Press and hold at the same time: Volume Up + Power button, until you see the BlackBerry logo.
3. Then select from the Recovery Mode menu “wipe data/factory reset” using the Volume buttons to navigate and the Power button to confirm.
4. Select “Yes — delete all user data” to confirm the whole operation.
5. After that select the option “reboot system now”.
