- First, we recommend restarting the set. (Make sure you have removed all power sources from outlets before doing so in order to prevent any damage caused by short circuits when plugging back into Wall warts after resuming operation — especially important with regard to UPS units!)
- Second — your software needs to be the last release. You can see it by visiting Menu — Settings — Other Settings — Software Upgrade (or something near this — depending on your model)
- If you have, problems after installing or deleting any app try to delete or install it again.

Resetting will erase everything stored onto Celcus television sets—including apps, accounts, and any customs settings.
To solve problems with pictures — you need to reset the picture settings to default.
Go to Menu — Picture menu — Advance settings — Reset — press OK
This will reset the picture settings to factory settings.(Except Game Mode)

Find Install and Retune Menu and press OK
First Time Installation — and press OK. The TV will be returned to factory mode.
The factory default PIN or parental number on Celcus TV is 0000.

My Celcus TV refuses to retain its volume settings. When you switch the TV on, all you see is the volume settings set to 0. When you try to adjust the volume, it either does not move or moves then goes back to 0 on its own.
