Step 1

The first thing that you should do is to switch off your phone to terminate any electrical flow.

Step 2

Press the Power button and while the smartphone vibrates, press the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously for about 10 secs.

Step 3

After a few seconds, you will see the reset menu. Release the held keys.

Step 4.

The up and down volume buttons can be used to toggle through the various options. However, since we need to reset the phone, select the option that says “Factory reset”. Once the selection has been made push the power button to confirm.

Step 5

Select Yes and delete all user data again by using the down volume button then press the power button to confirm.

Step 6

After the resetting process is done, the phone will go into the recovery mode menu where you will need to select “reboot system now” and press the power button to confirm.

After rebooting, you can consider hard resetting successful.
