Before you will do a hard reset Samsung S10, S10e, and S10 Plus please be sure you make Back up your Contacts and Data (photo, video, app, etc..). To do Back Up just checkbox Syns with Google Account or another one.

2nd way to hard reset Samsung S10, S10e, and S10 Plus is by using Hardware buttons.
- Connect cable Type-C to the phone (it can be PC, notebook, Auto) (on 11 and 12 Android to start the reset process it is necessary to condition)
- You need to turn off your device. If you forgot your password, pin, or graphic key, or do not access your fingerprint you can turn off your Samsung only by pressing Vol Down + Power Button for a few seconds.
- Press Volume Up + Bixby + Power button and if you see the logo Samsung Galaxy please release the Power buttons but keep holding another 2 until you see the boot menu.
- Choose to wipe data/factory reset by using Vol+ Vol- buttons to select and the Power button to Confirm
- Wait until the phone will restart and the process finishes.
Reset network settings
Resetting network settings will delete all data connections from the box factory.
- Wi-Fi networks will be deleted.
- Bluetooth devices will be del.
- Background data sync settings will be turned on.
- Data restrictive settings in applications that were manually turned on/off by the customer will be reset to the default setting.
- The network selection mode will be set to automatic.
The following device connection status will default as the first time.
- Airplane mode: OFF
- Bluetooth: OFF
- Data roaming: OFF
- Mobile hotspot: OFF
- VPN: OFF
- Mobile data: ON
- Wi-Fi: OFF
To perform a network reset, follow these steps.
Tap Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET SETTINGS.
What to do if your Samsung s10 hard reset not working?
