Hi,
its all very well completing a reset on a Panasonic smart TV but on mine it says back to shipping condition which i presume is the factory default settings on other models. But does this procedure only mean that all your personal adjustments are set back to thier default settings which you could actually carry out your self for each mode anyway or does it do more than that. Or for the want of better description a Proper Deep Clean just in case the set has been compromised like when a lap top has been hacked into!? Can anyone answer this and / or is there a difference between a factory or shipping reset and hard reset?
