  1. Turn off your phone.
  2. Next Press and Hold
    • Home button + Volume Up + Power button (or)
    • Vol Up + Power button (or)
    • Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button
  4. Until you will see the Android reboot menu.
  5. Then select the option: “wipe data/factory reset” using Volume Down, and Power button to confirm the operation.
  6. Next choose the option “yes” with Volume Down, to select and the Power button to accept.
  7. After that press the Power button to enter the option “reboot system now”.
  8. Success. The formatting is done.
