Hard reset BlackBerry Passport

You can hard reset your Blackberry Passport in two ways either in Soft Reset or Factory Hard Reset.

Factory reset Blackberry passport via the menu:

1. Unblock >
2. Main menu>
3. Options(Settings) >
4. Security and Privacy>
5. Security Wipe>
6. <Enter word confirmation “blackberry”>
7. Check all boxes>
8. Wipe data

Reset Blackberry passport by buttons

• Press and hold the Power key for 10 seconds.
• Press and hold the Volume up key and the Volume down key at the same time for 10 seconds.
• The BlackBerry will take several minutes to start up.

Blackberry passport hard reset By PC

On the PC open the Blackberry join software. Connect the identification to the PC by means of a USB cable. Click your gadget in the Blackberry join software.

Depending on the Operating framework you can utilize it:

In Windows — Select Backup &Restore and select Factory Reset.

MacOSX select >>Blackberry Link-Preference>>Reload>>Reload.
