How to factory reset my Oculus Meta Quest 2 or Quest 1?

How to factory reset oculus quest 2 by using the phone:

• Open the Oculus app
• Select the menu Devices in the bottom menu.
• Chose and Press the headset connected to your phone.
• Choose Advanced Settings.
• Press Factory Reset and then Reset.

Meta quest factory reset using the headset:

• Turn off your headset.
• Hold the Power and Volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads.
• Use the Volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the Power button.
• Use the Volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the Power button.

After this action, all your personal info will be deleted from the device. But don’t worry all your purchases will be shown and available to download again after login into your account.
