Samsung Galaxy Alpha G850 (a,s,f) is a smartphone using Android OS,v4.4.4, released in September 2014.

Steps in hard resetting Samsung Galaxy Alpha G850
1. Switch off your Samsung Galaxy Alpha smartphone.
2. Remove all SD cards and Sim Cards.
3. Put the battery and press the HOME BUTTON, VOLUME UP, and POWER BUTTON together. Once the Samsung logo appears on the screen release the button.
4. You will enter the recovery menu.
5. Use Volume Down to select “wipe data/factory reset” and press the POWER BUTTON to confirm.
6. Select “reboot system now” and press the POWER BUTTON.
If you can access your phone, you can do Galaxy alpha hard reset from the menu too.
Just go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Erase everything. In the last step, you will need to enter a password or pin code if you have one before.
