If you have problems with your Motorola TAB G20 and you want to repair it yourself first you must try — a factory reset. Also, we recommend doing a factory reset if you want to sell your Moto TAB G20.
The most important thing you should know is the reset process will delete all your personal info:
- Google account
- Media (music, photos, videos)
- System settings and data
- App settings and data (including text messages)
- Downloaded apps
So after the reset, you will need to do the initial setup as the first time. So make back up before if you have access to the menu. But we recommend using the Sync function and you can restore all your data with a few clicks after the reset.
If you don’t know your email and password you need to see them in your Profile else you will need another device with an internet connection to recover your password if you forgot it.
