  • Press the Menu key
  • Settings
  • Scroll to and select Privacy
  • Factory Data Reset
  • Reset Phone
  • Erase Everything
  • Enter Pin Code if you use it.

2nd way by using button keys

  • Power button.
  • Volume Down + Power button
  • Navigate using Volume keys and to confirm the Power button.
  • Select Factory reset
  • And confirm by pressing the Power button
